Information we collect
- Contact information, including your name, company, email address, telephone number, and billing or shipping address.
- Order information, including requested products, quantities, sizes, artwork, mockups, notes, approvals, and delivery details.
- Transaction records, such as payment status and receipt information. Payment-card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Dockside Custom Branding.
- Basic technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to prepare and deliver quotes and proofs, obtain approval, collect payment, generate invoices and receipts, fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and comply with applicable requirements.
Text messaging and mobile information
If you separately opt in, Dockside Custom Branding may send transactional text messages concerning your quote, design proof, payment, invoice, and order status. Message frequency varies; generally up to 10 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers solely as needed to deliver messages and operate this service.
Service providers
We may use service providers for payment processing, text and email delivery, hosting, storage, and security. They receive only the information reasonably needed to provide those services and are not authorized to use mobile opt-in information for their own marketing.
Data retention and choices
We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for orders, customer service, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes. You may ask us to correct or delete eligible personal information. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Security
